1. Eligibility: Voting is open to all participants who have purchased an official festival map. Each map allows the holder to cast one vote.

2. One Vote Per Person: Each individual is entitled to submit one vote per map purchased. Multiple votes from the same individual, regardless of the number of maps, will not be counted.

3. Map Verification: Votes will only be accepted with the presentation of a valid, purchased map. Organisers reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of any vote submitted.

4. Voting Period: Voting will be open for the duration of the Scarecrow Festival. Any votes submitted after the closing time will not be counted.

5. Non-Transferable: Votes are non-transferable. Only the individual who purchased the map is eligible to cast a vote.

6. Disqualification: Any attempt to manipulate or falsify voting results, including submitting multiple votes or using fraudulent means to vote, will result in disqualification.

7. In Case of a Tie: In the event of a tie, an independent adjudicator appointed by the organisers will make the final decision on the winner. The adjudicator’s decision will be final and binding.

8. Organiser Rights: The organisers reserve the right to amend, update, or cancel the voting process if deemed necessary for fairness or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Final Decision: The decision of the organisers regarding the voting process and the final vote count is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
